Rachel Kice
Performance painter Rachel Kice blends the rhythms of concerts and cultural gatherings where she applies paint to canvas to create original works of art. Rachel so encapsulates the sights, sounds and experience of live entertainment events that she was the first visual-artist in history signed to a major record label to promote her artwork through merchandising initiatives.
As the only visual artist associated with the MuzikMafia, the Nashville-based artists’ collaborative that yielded multi-platinum recording artists Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson, Kice was featured on the Chevrolet Presents Big & Rich and Gretchen Wilson: An American Revolution stadium tour in 2004 and 2005. Rachel has painted in association with NASCAR, the Tennessee Titans, Harley Davidson, charity galas and at privately commissioned art events.
In addition to the MuzikMafia, Rachel has performed her artistic interpretations on concert stages with Kid Rock, Willie Nelson, Ravi Coltrane, Heart, LeAnn Womack and Brooks & Dunn. Rachel has painted in museum galleries and in historic venues such as the Grand Ole Opry and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Rachel has also performed at fundraisers for the T.J. Martell Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and the MusiCares Foundation.
Feature articles in GQ and Billboard have expanded Rachel’s reach and appeal, as have numerous television appearances, including CNN’s 'Fortune First' series, The Radio Music Awards, Nashville Star, and CMT’s progressive original reality series, MuzikMafia TV.
Rachel's artwork can be found in the private collections of country music stars, royalty and permanent collections including the Tennessee State Museum, Emprise Bank, Creative Artist Agency, Sony Tree and Sony's US headquarters in New York City.
